1. CONTACT & BRIEFING

2. CO-DESIGN
Starting from an idea, a sketch, a technical drawing, or a physical sample, we work side by side with you. You guide the aesthetic and functional choices, while our team uses digital technical drawings to translate insights into feasible solutions.
3. ENGINEERING & OPTIMIZATION
We create the prototypes using additive technologies (3D printing) or traditional wood processing methods, depending on your needs. The prototypes validate the proposed solutions and confirm that the product is ready for the production phase.
4. PROTOTYPING
This phase aims to make the packaging easier to produce, economically sustainable, and functional. Our technical team improves every detail, reducing complexity and costs without compromising aesthetics or performance.
5. PRE-SERIES
We produce a larger batch of samples to simulate industrial production and define quality standards. AQL tolerances (quality control method) are set, quality panels are created, and the range board, which guides production, is approved. The goal is to ensure that the mass production accurately reflects the prototype.
6. PRODUCTIONS & ONGOING SUPPORT
Everything is ready to begin production. But our work isn’t finished yet: we provide continuous support to monitor quality, manage any optimizations, and ensure constant technical assistance. We build long-lasting relationships based on trust, guiding you over time.
