Our packaging is compliant by nature

PILLAR 1: No glues
The regulatory problem: chemical glues contaminate recycling streams and make multi-material components inseparable.
Our solution: we have eliminated glues. The components of our packs are joined using precision mechanical interlocks. This means that every element is 100% separable at its end-of-life by the consumer or sorting facilities, ensuring clean, efficient, and fully compliant recycling.
PILLAR 2: Hidden plastics
The regulatory problem: many "biomaterials" on the market retain polymers or chemical compositions identical to traditional plastic, making real recycling impossible and misleading brands.
Our solution: at mPackting, sustainability is transparent. We only use 100% FSC-certified wood and selected circular bio-materials derived from the recycling of production waste. There are no plastic inserts hidden inside or invisible barriers that hinder the complete recycling of the piece.
PILLAR 3: Weight optimization
The regulatory problem: the PPWR mandates the reduction of the overall weight and volume of packaging to limit the waste of resources.
Our solution: we have lightened the shapes by working through subtraction, but without taking anything away from the perception of value. Thanks to an advanced structural design, we reduce the raw material to the essentials, ensuring impeccable structural solidity and that tactile and aesthetic feeling that allows the consumer to perceive the quality of the packaging.
